Held annually, the Emmy After Party was a premier event celebrating television’s biggest night. Each year, the party took over one of the hottest venues in Hollywood, creating an exclusive atmosphere for celebrities and television executives to party the night away and enjoy a live performance from artists including Pink, Foo Fighters, John Legend, and Kanye West, among others.
A new theme was established each year and was the inspiration for every element of the event. From event branding to PR, venue furniture and decor, list-only invitations and immersive client experiences through client partnerships — not a detail that touched this weekend was missed. Collaborating with the production company Event Eleven, my theme-based designs were carried throughout every element of the weekend and award night events, as well as pre-event promotional advertising and all post-party recap materials to sell advertisers on the next year’s event. All in all, I designed about 80 pieces of creative for each year’s EMMY weekend event.
All three invitations won premier print awards.
